Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning a product in the case of a change of mind or an exchange.

However, the company will cover the shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

Custom Items

Due to the nature of the product, unfortunately, we cannot cancel or offer returns for personalised orders.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and put it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

I want to cancel my order. Is this possible?

You can cancel an order if it has not yet been sent to our warehouse for picking and dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. If the item has already left our warehouse, please wait for it to arrive before arranging a return. Please note that shipping costs will no longer be refunded once the order has been dispatched. You will need to pay the return shipping costs, and there is no restocking fee.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
